Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel has a great location, close to the CBD area but not noisy, and is perfect for exploring Melbourne. The rooms are excellent, quiet, and just the right size for a solo traveler, but basic amenities like body wash and shampoo were lacking upon arrival. The service from the friendly and accommodating staff was knowledgeable and helpful, although they seemed to struggle with basic concepts. The dining experience was delicious overall, but there were minor issues with requests not being fulfilled promptly. The venue has good facilities and is complimented by a very friendly concierge staff member who provided a warm welcome.
The hotel is a great choice for solo travelers with excellent, quiet rooms featuring a comfortable mattress and good pillows. The service is top-notch with a very professional and warm staff. The location is super convenient with easy access to transportation. The dining experience offers a nice variety of options for different dietary needs.
The hotel had decent size, comfortable, and clean rooms, but unfortunately, the turnover for the second night was not attended to. The location was just right, close to the CBD area but not noisy. The service was exceptional, with professional, friendly, approachable, and helpful staff. However, there was a missed opportunity for a tip due to an unexpected charge. The dining experience offered excellent variety but had some issues such as long lines and raised rates.
